Jorg Geissler, Chairman

Jorg founded Can-Tech Services in 1974 and developed a valued niche in the area of Aeronautical Design. His experience as one of the original proponents of international recruitment/staffing, as well as his management experience in staffing projects for over 45 years, has been utilized by numerous global corporations. Jorg’s integrity and his devotion to our clients, large and small, have been rewarded by the long-term respect of the industry and the success of Can-Tech Services. He continues to support the company wholeheartedly, and remains committed to ensuring the excellent level of service expected from our clients and our contractors.

Paul Geissler, President

Paul began his career in the recruiting agency business in 1994. Over the years he has managed recruitment campaigns across North America, and has staffed projects in North America, Europe and Asia. Paul’s leadership and broad range of experience has been instrumental in establishing Can-Tech as one of the key players in the recruitment industry today. He values the long-term relationships he has developed with his clients, associates and staff. Paul’s enthusiasm and devotion for the growth of Can-Tech is infectious.

Valerie Davis, Vice-President

Valerie was born and educated in England, and lived for some years in Jamaica with her husband and children before immigrating to Canada in the 1970s. Val joined Can-Tech in 1978 and has gained invaluable experience in the recruiting business throughout her years with the company. She is a detail-oriented person who strives to give her clients and contractors the best service possible. Val appreciates the many friendships she has formed within the Aerospace Industry, and continues to thrive on being a dominant player in the recruitment industry.

David Elliott, Vice-President, Light Industrial

David joins Can-Tech with more than 11 years of experience in the area of Light Industrial recruitment. He has been extremely successful in the past with providing exceptional service to the automotive and furniture sectors. David has played an integral role in running large on-site projects, handling anything from 1 contractor to 500 contractors at one time for his clients, and specializing in both permanent and temporary placements. He values the close relationships he has built with his clients, and is very pleased to be part of the Can-Tech team.

Michael Grew, Senior Account Manager

Michael specializes in all aspects of the manufacturing industry, with 10+ years of experience in successfully placing both temporary and permanent candidates. He began his career in the staffing industry as a recruiter and moved seamlessly into his position as an account manager. He is excited to further his career with the Can-Tech team, and is committed to providing the same personable, dedicated service to his clients and candidates.
